Return Policy

Items purchased from Deggy Corp. and returned within 30 days from date of purchase with the original invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, software and accessories.
Deggy Corp. will not accept the return or exchange of any item that has been used, abused or tampered in any way.

Refund Method

Refunds will be reimbursed through company check and may take up to two weeks to process. Freight is non-refundable.

When shipping items back for a return, we suggest that you insure & request signature confirmation from your shipping provider. Deggy Corp. is not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit to our facility.
